We’re looking for an experienced People Experience Business Partner to champion the Inspire Semiconductor culture and support the entire employee lifecycle: talent acquisition, total awards, learning and development, employee retention, engagement, and more. The People Experience Business Partner will have an immense impact on the future of Inspire Semiconductor and help to maintain a strong culture and values to support our growth and expansion.

Responsibilities 

  • Talent Acquisition: Support the company through facilitating the growth of 20+ employees over the next 9 months by managing recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding. Design talent acquisition strategies to raise the profile of Inspire Semiconductors’ employer brand and optimize the quantity and quality of our candidate pool.
  • Onboarding: Develop and oversee the onboarding process and program to ensure new hires and interns are set up for success, fully understanding Inspire Semiconductor’s mission, values, and best practices.
  • PX Roadmap: Align business and people strategies to establish core People Ops priorities and drive the execution of this agenda, encompassing onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation, engagement, diversity & inclusion, retention, and the development of the People team to support growth.
  • Engagement: Develop and implement cultural initiatives that emphasize and integrate our core values.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with operational leaders to implement and execute performance management philosophies, programs, and practices that support a culture valuing innovation and high performance. Foster an environment that recognizes and rewards top performers.
  • Total Rewards: Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the benefits offering, staying current with recent trends and ensuring the company balances budget requirements with the need to remain competitive. Develop, implement, and standardize job leveling and compensation structures, etc.
  • Thought Partnership: Advise, support and coach leaders and people managers as you partner together to build and develop teams.
  • Talent Management: Manage PX program development and implementation
  • Employee Relations: Facilitate difficult interactions among organizational stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes; resolves escalated conflicts among stakeholders. Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and implement solutions that cross multiple disciplines.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a talent acquisition professional and interest in a hybrid role as a People Experience Business Partner
  • Experience scaling teams rapidly, as well as experience scaling the People function in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience designing end-to-end people processes
  • Agility and adaptability; ability to shift from big picture strategy to hands-on execution and thrive in doing so.
  • Experience with People Operations, systems, performance metrics, and data analytics, and are experienced in utilizing data-driven approaches to create and apply best practice solutions.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and an ability to lead and manage change throughout the organization.
  • Experience in building L&D programs across different teams
  • Experience in employment law and best practices in multiple states
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
